- When is rent due?
Full rent must be received by the Landlord on or before the first calendar day of each month unless the parties agree in writing in advance to a different date.
- What if I am late on paying the rent?
Failure to pay the rent on the due date is a breach of a material term of the tenancy agreement and is subject to an administration fee of $25.00 each.
- Do I need insurance?
Tenants can benefit from obtaining renters insurance since it protects both their personal property and personal liability. As a condition of their lease, new tenants are required to obtain and provide proof of insurance.
For Owners
- How much do you charge?
Every circumstance is different, please call for a quote.
- Do you have dedicated maintenance staff?
Yes, we have a full crew of employees that resolves tenant issues.
- How long are your contracts?
Generally, contracts are 1 or 2 years.
- Are you available 24 hours a day?
Our standard office hours are M-F 8am-4pm. We respond on a 24hr basis through our answering service or direct contact with our Property Managers.
- Do you employ up-to-date technology?
Yes, we utilize a comprehensive online system to keep track of tenant documents, respond to requests, and schedule maintenance all in one easy to access program.
