In 1959, a young Danilo Danzo headed from Toronto to Vancouver Island in search of new and promising opportunities. He soon was actively involved in the development and management of real estate in Port Alberni and later extended this knowledge to more properties in Victoria.
TPM Properties grew out of Mr. Danzo’s need to manage his growing real estate portfolio, yet retain his signature personal touch. His team of 15 continue his philosophy of building success through strong relationships and close communication.
While we manage a significant portfolio of over 1 million square feet, with a mix of 208,000 Sq. Ft. of office space, 155,000 Sq. Ft. of retail space, 90,000 Sq. Ft. of warehousing, over 530 units, every tenant and owner alike know they are treated as if they are one of our own. Like family.
